An Environmental Impact Assessment was carried out with the participation of specialists, who analized the sustainability of the project. An Enviroenmental action plan was developed including environmental monitoring and mitigation measures.
Ecotourism Center of Laguna Garzon has developed a sustainable project interacting with local communities like artisanal fishermen. Visitors can have an unique experience exploring the Laguna Garzon by boat with the locals who have been living with this environment for over 40 years.
